Please complete, print, sign, and send the Employee Resignation Form to the Office of Human Resources. DO NOT use this Form if you have already had another resignation (letter or email) accepted by Human Resources.
It is preferred that all resignations come to Human Resources through email to firstname.lastname@example.org or delivered in person to MaBisha Stubblefield-Crawford. This helps assist in the timely processing of all resignations.
Once the district accepts your resignation, an email will come from email@example.com to let you know your resignation has been accepted and the next step will be for you to complete the Employee Exit Form. The form must be completely filled out by all the Departments before being submitted to the Superintendent for the final signature.
