Homecoming will include a variety of celebrations and campus events culminating in the football game against the Thrall. This tradition will reunite Bobcats across the decades with spirited experiences for the entire Hempstead ISD community.

Homecoming Parade
Hempstead High School will hold the community homecoming parade. The parade will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, October 2. The parade will begin in front of Hempstead High School and will end at the Downtown Gazebo. To participate in the parade please fill out the Parade Entry Form below.
Homecoming Game
Show your Bobcat Pride and wear Bobcat colors for the big game. Help cheer on the Hempstead High School Varsity Football Team as they play Thrall. The game begins at 7:00 p.m. Adult tickets are $6 and student tickets are $4. Tickets will only be sold at the gate. The only acceptable passes are Golden Bobcat Cards and Bobcat Military Cards. These cards can be picked up from the Hempstead ISD Administration Building.
Hempstead High School Homecoming Parade Details:
The parade lineup starts at 5 p.m. The parade begins at 6 p.m. in front of Hempstead High School and will end at the Downtown Gazebo. Students, staff, families, and the entire community are encouraged to join the fun. Dress in your best Mardi Gras attire. The best float wins an award. You can find the parade route details below.
