UIL Guidelines Must be Followed
”UIL rules do not allow “reward” type activities for specific groups. A luncheon, a dinner, or a party that is targeted specifically to a particular team is against UIL policy and can lead to sanctions against the school district and to that particular team. Anyone wanting to do something for any program must be willing to provide for the entire school, otherwise, we would be in violation of policy and there are plenty of people waiting to see how we handle all of this.”
