Hempstead High School FFA to Host Project Show on February 23-24

Hempstead High School FFA is excited to announce its annual Project Show, which will take place on February 23-24 at the Waller County Fairgrounds. This event provides an opportunity for FFA students to showcase the projects they have worked on throughout the year and to compete against each other in a variety of categories. The Project Show will feature broilers, rabbits, goats, lambs, swine, heifers, and steers.

The FFA Project Show is a major event for Hempstead High School and is open to the public. The community is encouraged to attend and learn more about the hard work and dedication of the FFA students and the projects they have been working on.

"Our students have been preparing for the FFA Project Show all year," said FFA Advisor, Shelby Spiess. "It is a great opportunity for our students to showcase their skills and for the community to see the positive impact the FFA has on our students."

The FFA Project Show will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 23. The Buyers Dinner will be held at 5:30 p.m. and the indoor auction will start at 7 p.m. on Friday, February 24.

Hempstead High School FFA is dedicated to preparing the next generation of agricultural leaders. FFA provides students with hands-on learning experiences and leadership opportunities. The organization aims to develop leaders who are prepared to guide the future of agriculture.
