The 2023 Champions were named at the Project Show on Thursday, February 23, 2023. Hempstead ISD hosted the 34th annual Project Show and Auction Feb. 23-24, at the Waller County Fairgrounds. The event included a buyers’ dinner and a live auction. The FFA Project Show and Auction broke records on 11 of the 14 champion sale lots and had one tie.
Preliminary figures at the close of the auction on Friday night indicate this year's sale netted more than $189,000 for student exhibitors.
The Hempstead FFA Chapter is grateful to the community for their continued support and would like to extend a special thanks to all the buyers and add-on donors at the 2023 FFA Project Show. The FFA Chapter thanks everyone who contributed to the show’s success through volunteer services and monetary donations.
