Juanita Gaines, Hempstead ISD bus driver, was named 2023-2024 Hempstead ISD Transportation Bus Driver of the Year.
“Ms. Gaines runs a tight ship, keeping her bus clean for students. She is also known for having great student management on her bus,” Quinn Navarre, Transportation Supervisor said. “We are thankful for her work ethic and dedication to our students.”
Gaines is very dependable, works to ensure her bus route runs on time, and does it with a smile.
