Hempstead High School is excited to announce a special summer session of the "Introduction to Welding" class. This session will be held from July 8-25, providing a unique opportunity for our students to gain valuable skills and experience.

Days: Monday - Thursday
Time: 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Location: Hempstead High School, 901 Donoho St.
The class will be taught by a highly qualified instructor from Blinn College, bringing a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to our students. This special session is open to incoming freshmen and rising sophomores at HHS.
No prior experience in welding is necessary. This course is designed to introduce students to the basics of welding, including safety procedures, equipment handling, and fundamental welding techniques. It's a fantastic opportunity for students to explore a potential career path or simply learn a valuable trade skill.
