Hempstead High School

Hempstead High School is preparing for the 2022 Homecoming. There will be a week of Homecoming activities for students to participate in. This includes dress-up days, spirit contests, homecoming court nominations, and for the first time, Hempstead High School will hold a community homecoming parade. The parade will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, September 21. The parade will begin at Bobcat Stadium and will end at the Hempstead Gazebo. The event will conclude with a community pep rally. Mayor of Hempstead, Erica Gillum has been selected as the Hempstead High School Grand Marshall for the parade. This year’s theme is Boot the Bulldogs. Everyone is encouraged to wear their best Western attire.
