Hempstead ISD Superintendent Herbert O’Neil will host ‘Beyond the Talk,’ a community meeting focused on a deeper look into the District’s strategic priorities and long-range facility planning, at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 18, in the Administration Building Board Room, 1440 13th St.
Superintendent O’Neil invites Hempstead ISD families, staff, and community members to learn more about the educational vision and commitment to sustainable facilities, that will shape the future of the District. He will share information about how the District is embarking on full transformation. Focused on improving student outcomes, this meeting will provide a comprehensive overview and updates from the five-year strategic plan, Learning & Leading to Higher Heights, and the newly adopted Long-Range Facility Plan.
“Our commitment extends beyond words; it is a dedicated effort to strategically plan, ensuring our schools are conducive to optimal learning experiences,” Superintendent O’Neil said. “We believe that safe and functional schools are the foundation of a thriving community, fostering an environment where students can flourish academically and personally.”
