Hempstead ISD is hosting its annual Loteria Night from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at The Bobcat Den, 2532 9th St. All Hempstead ISD families are invited to participate in this event.
Loteria is a traditional Mexican game that is similar to bingo, and it is played with a deck of cards that depict different images. The game has become a popular pastime in many Hispanic communities across the United States, and it is now gaining popularity among people of all backgrounds.
The Hempstead ISD Loteria Night is an opportunity for families and community members to come together for a fun evening of games, prizes, and snacks. The event aims to create a sense of community and foster connections between families in Hempstead ISD.
