Teacher Appreciation Week is May 6-10, 2024. This year, Hempstead ISD is taking the opportunity to celebrate the superstar educators who make a difference in the lives of their students every day.
Our teachers have gone above and beyond to support their students and create a positive learning environment this school year. They have adapted to new teaching methods and found innovative ways to keep their students engaged and motivated.
Hempstead ISD will celebrate teachers all week to show its appreciation for Bobcat teachers. The District has also invited students and parents to show their appreciation by sending thank-you notes, messages, and videos to their teachers. To celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week use the hashtag #ThankABobcatTeacher.
As Teacher Appreciation Week continues, Hempstead ISD encourages everyone to take a moment to show their appreciation for the teachers who are making a positive impact in their community.
