Do you know someone making a difference in Hempstead ISD?

The Superintendent’s Higher Heights Award is presented during the monthly Hempstead ISD Board of Trustee meetings to selected people or groups who have made a significant difference or contribution to Hempstead ISD.

The award is available to employees, community members, businesses, volunteers, students, etc.

Nominations may be submitted anonymously, by groups, or by an individual. The name(s) of the person(s) to be recognized as well as a short description explaining the reason for the nomination may be submitted through the online Higher Heights Award nomination form.

The Higher Heights Award will include recognition by the Superintendent & Board of Trustees.

The Hempstead ISD Communications Office will contact the recipient and nominator of the Superintendent’s Higher Heights Award with information about when the award will be presented.
